The small Vivo X200 Pro mini is not yet available on Vivo’s Malaysian online store.
The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC-powered Vivo X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini were introduced in China last month. Vivo has now confirmed the launch date of the Vivo X200 series in Malaysia, which appears to be the first market outside of China to receive the flagship series. However, it looks like the Vivo X200 Pro Mini model is only available in China. The lineup includes LTPO AMOLED screens and triple rear cameras under the Zeiss brand. Next month, the Vivo X200 series is anticipated to make its debut in India.
Malaysia may not see the launch of the Vivo X200 Pro Mini.
The Vivo X200 series will be introduced in Malaysia on November 19 at 7 p.m. (4:30 p.m. IST), the company announced on Thursday on its Facebook page. Pre-orders for the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro are presently available in the nation via the Vivo Malaysia website. Vivo may only sell the phone in its home country, as there is currently no listing for the Vivo X200 Pro Mini.
When interested buyers pre-order the new phones, they can take advantage of extended warranty offers and gifts up to RM 1,787 (approximately Rs. 33,000). A laptop backpack bearing the Vivo brand, a wireless charger, and Vivo’s TWS 3e earbuds are all included in the package discount. Through a purchase-with-purchase promotion, customers who purchase Vivo X200 series devices can receive a 30% discount on the Vivo Watch 3.
The Vivo X200 is confirmed to be available in Aurora Green and midnight black shades in Malaysia, whereas the Vivo X200 Pro will be available in midnight black and titanium grey finishes. They will be offered with 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM.
Vivo is said to bring the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro to India in December. There are also rumours that the brand will not be releasing the X200 Pro Mini in India.
In October, the Vivo X200 series was introduced in China. The base 12GB + 256GB storage model cost CNY 4,300, or about Rs. 51,000.
All models in the Vivo X200 lineup have a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC under the hood and boast a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera. In China, they use Origin OS 5, which is based on Android 15, and have LTPO AMOLED screens.
A 5,800mAh battery with 90W wired charging is included with the standard Vivo X200. The Vivo X200 Pro, on the other hand, has a 6,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging.
