Prince Harry is pursuing a trial in his lawsuit against Murdoch’s UK group.

The royal’s case was one of roughly 40 lawsuits against NGN, but according to Harry’s attorney David Sherborne, all of the parties involved have now reached a settlement, with the exception of Tom Watson, the former deputy leader of the British Labour Party, which is currently in power.

Despite dozens of others settling their cases, Prince Harry’s attorney said Friday that he is still pursuing his lawsuit against Rupert Murdoch’s News Group Newspapers (NGN) over alleged illegal actions by private investigators and journalists.

Harry, 40, the younger son of King Charles, is suing the Sun and the now-defunct News of the World publisher in the London High Court, claiming that NGN illegally obtained his personal data between 1996 and 2011.

According to David Sherborne, Harry’s attorney, all but one of the 40 lawsuits that were filed against NGN—including one involving Tom Watson, the former deputy leader of the British Labour Party, which is currently in power—have now reached a settlement.

Spice Girl Melanie Brown, former BBC executive Alan Yentob, Game of Thrones star Alfie Allen, and Ted Beckham, the father of former England soccer captain David Beckham, are among those who have reached a settlement.
