MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC powers the Oppo Find X8 series.
The Oppo Find X8 series will soon be offered in foreign markets after making its debut this week in China. Oppo announced that the Oppo Find X8 and Oppo Find X8 Pro will be available in non-Chinese markets the following month, though the exact launch date has not yet been made public. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC powers both devices, which also have Hasselblad-tuned rear cameras. With a 6.78-inch display and a 5.910 mAh battery, the Oppo Find X8 Pro is the more costly of the two.
Oppo Indonesia, through its official X handle, confirmed the arrival of the Find X8 series in the country in November. However, the precise launch date is not mentioned in the post. The brand has, however, started accepting pre-reservations for the new lineup through its official website in Indonesia.
Price and Specifications of the Oppo Find X8 Series
Oppo Find X8 price starts at CNY 4,199 (roughly Rs. 49,600) for the base model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage in China. The 12GB and 256GB versions of the Oppo Find X8 Pro cost CNY 5,299, or approximately Rs. 62,600.
The Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro run on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 skin on top. The Pro model’s LTPO AMOLED screen measures 6.78 inches (1,264×2,780 pixels), while the vanilla model’s screen measures 6.59 inches (1,256×2,760 pixels). The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM power the pair.
For photos and videos, the Oppo Find X8 series has Hasselblad-tuned rear cameras. The standard model has a 50-megapixel Sony LTY-700 primary camera, while the Pro variant has a 50-megapixel LYT-808 main sensor. The 32-megapixel camera on both models is useful for taking selfies and making video calls.
The Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro pack 5,630mAh and 5,910mAh batteries, respectively. Both handsets offer 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support. Their water and dust resistance ratings are IP68 and IP69.
