The programme includes coverage for Oppo’s Reno 12 series.

Oppo has announced a new cross-country warranty service for select devices purchased in India and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Customers of Oppo will be able to access warranty and repair services at the company’s authorised service centres located throughout the regions thanks to the new initiative. The new plan includes coverage for Oppo’s select A series, Reno series, and F series smartphones. Customers with qualified Oppo phones can begin using the services on October 31 by getting in touch with any authorised service centre in India or the GCC.

Covered Models for Oppo Cross-Country Warranty Service

In a press release on Monday, the Chinese smartphone company announced the opening of cross-country warranty service in India. Customers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and India can now use the new service, it has been confirmed.

Users of a variety of smartphones, such as the Oppo A3x, Oppo A3, Oppo A3 Pro 5G, Oppo Reno 12 series, and Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G, can now access comprehensive warranty, repair, and upgrade services at authorised Oppo service centres throughout the regions thanks to the most recent scheme.

The cross-country warranty service will be effective from October 31. Customers can bring their Oppo smartphones, along with purchase receipts and warranty cards, to any local authorised service centre in India and the GCC to benefit from free warranty services and system upgrades. Devices with an expired warranty period or those that are not covered for the replacement of damaged spare parts, such as the mainboard, screen, and battery, require additional payments from the customer.

Because system updates may cause data loss, users who choose to use the cross-country warranty service are advised to backup their data before making any upgrades. When the customer activates their E-Warranty card, the warranty period begins. Each service center’s local policies will determine the costs associated with services.
