During his appearance on Unstoppable With NBK Season 4, Allu Arjun talked candidly about winning the National Award.
In addition to breaking all box office records, Allu Arjun’s 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise earned him a National Award. For him, it was even more significant because it was the first time in history that a Telugu actor had received the honour. The actor talked candidly about the victory during a recent appearance on Unstoppable With NBK Season 4. Allu Arjun was questioned about his feelings regarding the National Award victory in the promo for the upcoming episode.
“Evariki vachindi ani check cheste, okka Telugu peru kuda ledu, best actor kind of national award.” Manusu lo baa undipoindi adi naa. Idi nenu round-up chesi, deeni kottali (I noticed that no Telugu person had won the Best Actor National Awards when I looked at the list). Seeing that made me feel hurt. I made the decision to accomplish it at that point,” the actor answered.
The mother of the Pushpa actor, Nirmala Allu, who appeared with him later in the episode, is also featured in the promo. On November 15, the unreleased episode will air. Among many others, it has so far welcomed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Suriya, Bobby Deol, and Dulquer Salmaan.
Professionally speaking, Allu Arjun’s next movie, Pushpa 2: The Rule, which is the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise, will be released in theatres on December 5. Arjun will play Pushpa, while Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil will return to their parts as Srivalli and Bhanwar Singh Shekawat. The sequel will continue the story of the first movie, chronicling Pushpa’s reign in the underworld.
